32:57HTraffic Penality - 2nd or subsequent Speeding Violation in Construction or Repair Zone with workers onsite

A subsequent violation shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days, or both. If a person operating a motor vehicle exceeds the speed limit on the portion of a highway which is under active construction and construction workers are on site, or which is in the process of being repaired and construction workers are on site, the fine shall be twice the standard fine imposed.

It is unlawful for any person to possess twelve grams or more of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine or their salts, optical isomers, or salts of optical isomers. It is unlawful for any person to possess ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine or their salts, optical isomers, or salts of optical isomers in powder form unless the weight of the ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine or their salts, optical isomers, or salts of optical isomers is less than twelve grams and the powder is in the manufacturer's original packaging and may be lawfully sold over the counter without a prescription under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.

Any person who attempts or conspires to commit any offense set forth in the provisions of this Part ( X -Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances) shall, upon conviction, be fined or imprisoned in the same manner as for the offense planned or attempted, but such fine or imprisonment shall not exceed one-half of the longest term of imprisonment prescribed for the offense, the commission of which was the object of the attempt or conspiracy.

It shall be unlawful for any person to inhale, ingest, use, or possess any compound, liquid, or chemical which contains butyl nitrite, isobutyl nitrite, secondary butyl nitrite, tertiary butyl nitrite, and mixtures containing butyl nitrite, isobutyl nitrite, secondary butyl nitrite, or tertiary butyl nitrite.
